Columban Lay Missionary Anna Noh Hyein, a Korean, has been successful in establishing a candle-making livelihood project in Novaliches at the Diocesan Shrine of Our Lady of Mercy. This gives hope, especially to mothers who find it very difficult to earn an income. On 6 May 2017 Light The Life (LTL) Candles celebrated its second anniversary and the birth of LTL Learning Center.
