Light The Life Candles Second Anniversary
Columban Lay Missionary Anna Noh Hyein, a Korean, has been successful in establishing a candle-making livelihood project in Novaliches at the Diocesan Shrine of Our Lady of Mercy. This gives hope, especially to mothers who find it very difficult to earn an income. On 6 May 2017 Light The Life (LTL) Candles celebrated its second anniversary and the birth of LTL Learning Center.

Fr Antonio E. Labiao Jr, the shrine rector and parish priest, celebrated Mass and blessed the new center. Bishop Antonio Tobias of the Diocese of Novaliches came later to celebrate with the group. Three mothers spoke about the beginnings of LTL and how it has helped their families.
